Direct inquiries are requests, not reservations. A stay is confirmed only when the host confirms it in writing and states the rate, fees, and cancellation terms that apply.

Bookings on Airbnb are governed by Airbnb’s terms and by the policy shown on the listing at the time of booking.

House rules on the rates page apply to every stay: a maximum of 4 guests, pets declared in advance, no parties or events, no smoking, no commercial photography, and quiet after 10 PM.

Accuracy. We keep the facts on this site current and say plainly when something is unknown. If you rely on a specific detail — accessibility, connectivity, a particular amenity — ask before booking.
